Our art is authentically made, then reproduced on high quality materials. Harrowed Hare’s oath is to never employ the use of AI, wherever possible, regardless of how long it takes. Artistic processes cannot be replicated by a machine.

How long should I expect product shipment to take?

You will receive an email with estimated times of arrival after checkout. Products can take as little as 6 days up to 4 weeks to arrive based on location and order placed. All items are manufactured specifically for you at time of purchase. All items are sent individually.
Our merch typically has a shorter shipping time, whereas our artwork production time runs longer.

Customers can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond in a timely fashion.
Please allow time for your product to be produced and shipped. If your shipping extends beyond 4 weeks, reach out to us to receive updated tracking information.
How do I make a return?

Due to the nature of our products being produced at the time an order is placed, we do not accept returns.
Please ensure accuracy of all sizes, products, and associated payment information for your order prior to submission.
If an item has been mis-manufactured and it is materially evident that it is unusable, please submit a claim email and attach clear images of damages in the thread within 7 days of item receipt. We will evaluate these claims for product replacement eligibility.
